Part 2: FYN, DOM PERIGNON & TABLE MOUNTAIN

Experience majestic Table Mountain with this once in a lifetime culinary opportunity. Indulge in an evening of collaboration between the legendary Champagne house Dom Perignon and culinary new-kid-on-the-block, FYN, while they enlighten your senses on the iconic flat mount. Sip on the flagship range of DP bubbles- P1, P2 and Rosé- while savoring the delights of one of chef Peter Tempelhoff’s African Japanese inspired bento box creations.

Part 3: ELLERMAN HOUSE, WINE GALLERY
Full guided Ellerman House Art Collection tour followed by dinner in the unique Ellerman House Wine Gallery. Hosted by Ellerman House executive chef Rudolph Blaauw and Head Sommelier Wayve Kolevsohn.
