Big 5 Safari
The Big 5 is the Holy Grail of the African Safari. Initially coined by big game hunters, the Big 5 refers to the lion, African elephant, Cape buffalo, leopard and rhinoceros. Chosen for the difficulty in hunting them and the degree of danger involved, rather than their size, the Big 5 can be found in many parts of the African continent, including South Africa, Botswana, Kenya and Tanzania. There is nothing quite like experiencing the majesty and power of these sizeable creatures in their natural environment. The Big 5 remain an iconic African experience.
Off the east coast of Africa lie the inviting waters of the Indian Ocean. Nestled in these warm waters are a number of spectacular tropical islands. The calming, azure ocean and miles of white sand beaches will transport your mind to a place of endless relaxation and give you the opportunity to reconnect and rejuvenate. These islands are amongst the most exotic and beautiful in the world and offer warm hospitality and exquisite accommodation.
Sail across the endless blue ocean, enjoy the world famous deep sea fishing of the abundant Indian Ocean or snorkel and scuba-dive amongst colourful tropical fish and corals, experiencing your own private paradise.
One of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, the Victoria Falls are located on the Zambezi River between Zambia and Zimbabwe. Known locally as the Smoke that Thunders this overwhelmingly beautiful display of nature’s power is recognised as being the largest falling sheet of water on the planet.
The falls themselves and the surrounding areas have been declared National Parks and a World Heritage Site. On the Zambian side of the border is the town of Livingstone, a historic colonial city and tourism centre for Victoria Falls.
The Victoria Falls is a must-see for anybody seeking a truly awe-inspiring African travel experience.

The many national parks and game reserves boast a huge variety of wildlife in a kaleidoscope of different environments: the white saltpans of Etosha National Park; the red dunes at Sossusvlei; lonely beaches along the Skeleton Coast and the uninhabited wilderness of the Kunene region.
